Description: The party is off to Deling City via the train platform North of Galbadia Garden. Upon arriving we explore a little bit of the City, take a rest at the hotel and win the Kiros Card from a stranger in the shopping district. After moding the Card and messing with some of the junction options we're off for a little more exploring then off to General Caraway's Mansion. What? We can't get in?
