I can’t believe I waited so long to get a Final Fight game up on the channel. I feel this port is particularly well done, with some understandable flaws.

As far as flaws, the only thing I can say is that it’s an arcade game ported to an early console, so some mechanic fluidity, animation frames, and sound quality are lost here, but that’s about it. Overall it sounds, looks and plays great on the Sega CD. Plus I get a real kick out of hearing voice acting on the Genesis.

One of the big selling points of the Genesis was that it had the best arcade ports, and with this CD expansion’s added storage for music, dialogue and graphics, it doesn’t disappoint here.
